Datalink Discover is application-only—we review every submission so the room stays peer-level for senior leaders. When you are approved, there is no cost to attend the conference itself.

All expenses paid — qualifying leaders & executives

Qualifying leaders and executives may receive complimentary travel, lodging, meals, free access to the conference, and all conference-related expenses for the official program completely covered—so you can focus on the content, not the expense report.

Complimentary conference access — other approved applicants

Other approved applicants receive free conference access (no registration fee). Travel, hotel, and ancillary costs are not included unless your confirmation specifies otherwise.

Submissions use HubSpot’s public Forms submit URL (see js/apply-form.js). The portal ID and form ID must match the same form: in HubSpot open Marketing → Lead capture → Forms, choose the apply form, click Share, and copy portalId and formId from the embed code into that file. If HubSpot says the form was not found, those values are wrong or your account needs the EU endpoint (HUBSPOT_FORMS_HOST in the script).
